Ragnarok Guide is a site that features Ragnarok Third Job, Ragnarok Quest, Tips, Guides and even Ragnarok bot. This site is giving away three free customized Ragnarok bot configs and this is my entry. I’ve chosen the topic My favorite Ragnarok moment.
I started playing RO back then in 2003, on one of the first servers, Loki. But due to its fees, I quit, but then returned when Valkyrie was brought to life.
There had been so many memorable moments in my ragnarok life. Some are fun, some are irritating, some are just unexplainable. But my most favorite moment is the current summoning event in Valkyrie Server, which happened just yesterday.
Kiel-Hyre and his minions, just as what RO calls them, were wrecking havoc in Rune MIdgard. Yesterday, they were in Alde Baran, which exactly, where my character was saved. Upon knowing the news, I logged-in my character and joined the rumble. Lots of monster that I've never seen before were summoned and all I can see are red numbers, indicating the massacre brought by these monsters. Despite of the lagg and loss of 5 insurance scroll { I thought I'm going to lose exp when I die in the event} , the players enjoyed the event. I saw several pubs created by dead players. Some are calling for Manny Pacquiao, some called for the Zaidos, for Gloria Arroyo and even Joaquin Bordado. {/omg}
It lasted for more than an hour, an hour filled with "horror" , but still filled by fun. I hope this event get repeated in other towns, especially in Prontera, for us to experience again the true meaning of Ragnarok, roughly translated, as the end of the world. /gg
